Rubber

As some of you know I have been searching for a car. The search has now come to an end...

The Mix-Up

Ms. Daisy went to the vet this week and here is what they informed us of....
yes, oh yes! Daisy is a BOY!!! Ha! too bad Daisy is not a gender neutral name!! Last night, after many suggestions for another name, Andy Griffith was the inspiration. Below is Barney, who is much to mama's delight, laying in the middle of her flower.

Niece and Nephew

Carrie, RuthAnne and Will were here today and here are some of our fun times...

Will played on the floor...

while R.A. played with water and cooked soup...
RuthAnne then informed me that what she is holding was a leaf then she said it was 'bocci' (broccoli). I think she has the basic concept down....
I also would like to report that Ms. Daisy was actually caught cleaning herself today! I tried to get a pic of her in the act but instead she attacked my camera strap...
we also played on the playground where RuthAnne enjoyed watching 2 deer graze...
and Will was pushed in the stroller by Grandmama

Fun in the Sun!

This past week the fam. (sis's and b.i.l.'s included along with kiddos) headed to the beach. We had a GREAT week and the weather was quite nice. One day it was roasty toasty but the last two days were splendid and the water was lake-like instead of the usual knock-you-down kind of waves.

Enjoyin' the calm waters...
Dad is wearing my pink J.D. hat because I didn't want to wear it in the ocean to be lost (I did about loose it one day) so he put it on. He forgot he had it on. I think it looks real stylish, don''t you? :o)

Dad's brother Mark and family were also at the beach the latter part of the week. One their way back home Friday they stopped by and we headed down to the ocean with 9 kids-that were all under 7 years old!

Scurrying back from the Haunted woods...
